Role Summary:

  • This position is responsible for driving the forecast activities for one LCT, working with cross-functional teams such as Modality, Sales, HPM, Order Mgmt, S&OP, Service, Finance, HEF to conduct project management as per customer’s expectation, wing to wing. Owns the sales forecasting process and drives revenue through backlog conversion and sell and ship execution. Ensure predictable results through solid forecasting process and balanced risk & opportunity profile driving to OP targets.
  • Essential Responsibilities:
  • Own project management and forecasting construction based on backlog & funnel data, risks and opportunities and sell and ship profiles
  • Be present at key customers along with product and sales teams to support on project execution;
  • Partner and orchestrate cross-functional areas to drive revenue and customer satisfaction performance;
  • Drive monthly backlog quality reviews. Ensure the utmost quality in backlog in the region;
  • Lead for execution of revenue plan to ensure completion of revenue recognition requirements during QTR close process. Review revenue policy to ensure revenue requirements are understood early and executed
  • Cultivate partnerships with LCS Modality GM and Zone GM and their teams to build consistent strategies for multi-modality projects and cross-P&L business events
  • Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Finance
  • Experience
  • Minimum 2 yrs of experience in a project management role or similar on Operations, Supply Chain and/or Service
