  • Manage products end-to-end (product offering, pricing, positioning, legal/regulatory requirements, after sales service, delivery channels) ensuring that his products were appropriately developed, marketed, and delivered according to external compliance standards and internal Citi guidelines;
  • Define new product release and current product enhancements requirements
  • Drive consistency through product enhancements and process reengineering ensuring that were appropriately developed, marketed, and delivered
  • Manage business drivers and revenues related to the products under his management, making business recommendations to senior management related to revenue goal setting, cost reduction targets and budget proposals
  • Interact with Sales teams to understand market trends defining targeting & segmentation strategies, creating sales campaigns and client facing materials based on the product strategy
  • Directly get involved in complex deals and client structured solutions;
  • Interaction with other areas to design X-Sell approaches
  • Development of business critical strategies and product value proposition of the portfolio to support revenue growth and client experience improvement;
  • Facilitate in-country, regional and global participation amongst critical stakeholders as owner of the product portfolio in the country


  • Language skills are mandatory in Portuguese and English. Spanish speaking is a plus. English language written and verbal communication and ability to articulate complex ideas, concepts and solutions at a level appropriate and intelligible to the recipient. MBA preferred. . Passionate about product management fundamentals to change things and perform end to end vision. Strategic and analytical thinker with a drive towards execution and delivering results. Strong skills in product management and an ability to move structure, process, accountability and client-focus including strong organizational and prioritization skills; Time management is key. . Ability to manage complexity and flexibility to conduct multiple projects to deliver solutions in a tight deadline. Self-motivated, positive-thinking, team player, leader, partner, problem-solver. Capable of working with minimal supervision, independently, while managing up and escalating appropriately. Highly creative and able to innovate quickly in a simple way. Excellent communication skills to effectively transmit key messages and simplify complex business situations. Substantial experience within the strong controls environment/culture . Experience managing products in a complex legal/regulatory environment. Ability to work effectively across multiple levels of management in a matrix environment, across functional groups, and across regions/countries. Ability to develop effective partnerships across functions, business management teams, finance, legal, compliance, tax, risk and various operations groups regionally/globally.
